James Bay Consulting Inc. is an independent consulting firm specializing in the analysis, design and development of Oracle-based systems. The firm's goal is to provide Information Technology consulting services that consistently exceed client expectations. James Bay Consulting is based in Victoria, British Columbia.
Gary Belleville, Senior Consultant
Gary Belleville is a senior consultant with over 13 years of experience developing Oracle-based systems. Gary has been providing consulting services to clients in the British Columbia government since 1991. Although he is currently concentrating on Technical Lead assignments, Gary has also spent a significant amount of time working as a Business Analyst and Project Manager.
Gary's strongest technical skills are with the Oracle Designer, Forms and Application Express tools and the technical support of Oracle Application Server 10g (Forms, Reports and Discoverer). He is also highly skilled in data modeling and database design. Gary is currently providing Oracle Designer and data architecture support to the Data Architecture Group at the Ministry of Attorney General.
Gary graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics degree (Honours Computer Science). His resumé is available in both HTML and PDF formats.
